The asking price relates to an operating business platform rather than simply commercial premises: the opportunity combines vehicles, infrastructure, operating systems, customer history and an existing Phuket rental activity.
Car Rental Business for Sale in Phuket with Established Fleet
The rental fleet is reported to include approximately:
- 40 cars
- 60 scooters and motorcycles
For an investor looking for a car rental business for sale in Phuket, acquiring an established fleet and operating structure can significantly reduce the time required to build a comparable business from the ground up.
The exact vehicle inventory, registrations, mileage, ownership status, condition and any outstanding finance should be confirmed before completion.
15 Years of Operating History
The seller reports approximately 15 years of business activity in Phuket, together with a substantial base of previous customers and online reviews.
The operation is also reported to process around 2,000 rental enquiries per year through its internal reservation management system.
More than 1,000 five-star reviews across online platforms are claimed by the seller, giving the business an established digital reputation that may provide additional value to a new owner.
These figures should be verified against the company’s reservation records, online profiles and financial documentation.
Purpose-Built Premises in Wichit
The business operates from a large enclosed site in Wichit, Phuket Town, providing a central base for fleet storage, customer service and vehicle maintenance.
The site includes approximately 250 sqm of buildings and operational areas, with offices, bathrooms, staff or living areas, a terrace and outdoor kitchen.
The overall site covers approximately 1,600 sqm and is currently held under a long-term lease.
The reported land rent is below ฿30,000 per month, subject to confirmation of the lease terms, remaining duration, renewal conditions and transferability.
The land itself is not included as freehold real estate in the sale.
Parking, Car Wash and Service Facilities
The premises have been configured specifically for vehicle rental operations.
Facilities reportedly include:
- Covered parking for approximately 80 scooters
- Covered parking for approximately 10–12 cars
- Additional uncovered vehicle parking
- Car wash facilities
- Technical service and maintenance area
- Fully enclosed operating compound
This infrastructure allows the car rental business for sale in Phuket to store, prepare, clean and maintain a sizeable rental fleet from a single location.
Reservation and Operating Systems
The sale also includes an existing internal reservation management system used to handle customer enquiries and bookings.
For a new owner, an established booking process, operational systems and customer history may be as important as the physical fleet itself.
The transfer of software, databases, websites, domain names, customer records and other digital assets should be clearly documented as part of the transaction.
Company and Business Structure
The operating company is reported to have registered capital of approximately ฿4,000,000 and a structure currently supporting two work permits.
Foreign buyers should obtain independent professional advice regarding company ownership, licences, employment arrangements and future work permit eligibility.

Asking Price – ฿40,000,000
The asking price for this car rental business for sale in Phuket is:
฿40,000,000
The seller reports historical returns exceeding 20% per year. This is seller-provided information and should not be treated as a guaranteed investment return.
A buyer considering the acquisition should review the underlying financial performance, including revenue, operating expenses, fleet replacement costs, maintenance, insurance, salaries, taxation and lease expenses.
At a ฿40 million acquisition price, a claimed return above 20% would imply annual returns exceeding approximately ฿8 million, making verification of historical accounts particularly important.

- Vehicle ownership documentation
- Current fleet inventory
- Insurance records
- Existing bookings and rental contracts
- Staff obligations
- Maintenance and repair expenses
- Lease documentation
- Company liabilities
- Outstanding vehicle finance
- Digital assets and reservation systems
JFTB recommends completing full property and corporate due diligence in Thailand together with independent legal and accounting review before signing a binding acquisition agreement.
