Rather than functioning as a conventional holiday villa, the property has been conceived as a private estate. The scale of the grounds, the separation between living, guest and service areas, and the range of entertainment and wellness facilities allow the residence to operate comfortably for extended family stays, private entertaining or long-term occupation.

6 Bedroom Villa for Sale in Cape Yamu
The villa provides six spacious bedroom suites positioned to create privacy between family members and guests. The principal bedrooms enjoy views towards the bay and gardens, while the wider layout separates sleeping accommodation from the main entertaining areas.
The scale of the interiors is immediately noticeable. Large reception rooms, generous ceiling heights and wide openings create a sense of space without disconnecting the interiors from the tropical setting outside. Floor-to-ceiling glazing and open-plan areas allow natural light and sea views to remain central to the property throughout the day.
The main living spaces open directly towards terraces, gardens and the pool, creating a continuous indoor-outdoor layout well suited to Phuket’s climate.
A fully equipped western kitchen serves the main dining areas, while additional indoor and outdoor dining spaces allow formal meals, casual family dining and larger gatherings to take place in separate settings.
Architecture and Interior Design
The villa’s design reflects the work of Philippe Starck and Jean-Michel Gathy, combining contemporary architecture with tropical materials, open spaces and strong connections to the surrounding landscape.
Rather than relying on decorative excess, the design uses scale, proportions, natural light and framed views to create impact. The interiors are arranged so that many of the principal rooms look directly towards Phang Nga Bay, while the terraces and gardens extend the living areas outdoors.
The architecture is particularly suited to a site of this size. With more than 6,600 sqm of land, the villa benefits from generous setbacks, mature landscaping and a level of separation from neighbouring properties that is difficult to reproduce in denser parts of Phuket.
Beachfront Living and 26-Metre Pool
One of the defining features of this 6 bedroom villa for sale in Cape Yamu is its direct relationship with the coastline.
The main outdoor living area centres on an approximately 26 x 8 metre infinity swimming pool positioned to face the bay. The pool is surrounded by broad terraces and landscaped gardens, creating a substantial outdoor entertaining area with open water views.
An outdoor sala with barbecue facilities provides a shaded space for dining and relaxation beside the pool.
Approximately 5,000 sqm of lawns and landscaped grounds surround the residence, with mature tropical planting and frangipani trees helping create privacy across the estate.
The Cape Yamu shoreline is different from Phuket’s west-coast resort beaches. It is not primarily a swimming-beach destination. The appeal here is the scale of the waterfront setting, privacy, open views and direct connection to Phang Nga Bay.
Entertainment and Wellness Facilities
The property includes a range of facilities rarely found together in a private Phuket residence.
A dedicated home cinema provides a separate entertainment space, while a bar and lounge area can accommodate guests away from the main living room.
The villa also includes a fully equipped fitness room and private spa facilities, allowing wellness and exercise to be incorporated into daily life without leaving the estate.
For larger gatherings, the combination of indoor reception rooms, pool terraces, lawns and covered outdoor areas creates several independent spaces that can be used simultaneously.
Guest House and Staff Accommodation
A separate guest house provides additional privacy for visiting family or friends. This arrangement is particularly useful for longer stays, allowing guests to remain within the estate while maintaining independence from the main residence.
Dedicated staff accommodation is also included, supporting the operation and maintenance of a property of this size.
For buyers considering the villa as a full-time residence, these separate service and guest areas are important practical advantages rather than simply additional rooms.
Cape Yamu Estate and Location
Cape Yamu is a low-density residential peninsula on Phuket’s northeast coast, between Paklok and Phang Nga Bay. The area is known for substantial private villas, established estates and panoramic sea views rather than high-density tourism development.
The setting is particularly attractive to buyers who prioritise privacy, space and open views over immediate access to Phuket’s west-coast beaches.
Ao Po and its marina lie further north, providing access to Phang Nga Bay and nearby islands. Phuket Town and the island’s main road network remain accessible by car, while Phuket International Airport serves domestic and international connections.
For current terminal, flight and passenger information, buyers can consult the official Phuket International Airport website.
Ownership and Due Diligence
For a property of this scale and value, the exact ownership and transaction structure should be established from the land title, building documentation and proposed sale agreement before any commitment is made.
Buyers should also review estate management terms, common charges, access rights, building permits, service arrangements and any contractual obligations connected with the property.
See our [property due diligence in Thailand guide](/property-due-diligence-in-thailand/) for an overview of the principal checks recommended before purchasing property in Thailand.
