Spacious 4-Bedroom Layout
One of the principal advantages of this 4-bedroom pool villa for rent in Rawai Phuket is the amount of private living space available.
With approximately 300 sqm of built area, the property provides significantly more room than a typical condominium or townhouse rental.
The four-bedroom configuration makes the villa suitable for:
- Families
- Couples requiring guest rooms
- Long-term residents
- Remote workers requiring office space
- Tenants regularly receiving visitors
- Small groups looking for a larger residential property
The exact furniture and room configuration should be confirmed during the viewing.
Private Swimming Pool and Outdoor Living
The private pool forms the centre of the villa’s outdoor living environment.
For tenants staying in Phuket long term, a private swimming pool can provide considerably more privacy and flexibility than relying on communal condominium facilities.
The approximately 500 sqm land plot allows for outdoor space around the villa while remaining manageable in terms of maintenance.
Prospective tenants should confirm whether pool and garden maintenance are included in the monthly rental rate.
Living Near Rawai Beach
This 4-bedroom pool villa for rent in Rawai Phuket is located in the Rawai area of southern Phuket.
Rawai has developed into one of the island’s most established residential locations, particularly among long-term foreign residents and families.
The area offers convenient access to:
- Rawai Beach
- Nai Harn
- Restaurants and cafés
- Seafood restaurants
- Supermarkets
- Local markets
- Fitness centres
- International and local schools
- Chalong
- Promthep Cape
- Everyday services
Rawai for Long-Term Living
Rawai differs from Phuket’s larger resort centres such as Patong.
While the area has tourism infrastructure, it also has a strong residential character with villas, condominiums, restaurants and services used by year-round residents.
For tenants who do not need to live within walking distance of Patong’s entertainment district, Rawai can offer a more relaxed environment while still providing convenient access to southern Phuket.
Nai Harn, Chalong and Promthep Cape are all accessible from the area.
