Fully furnished with premium Kapsule furniture, the property combines the convenience of condominium living with a distinctive two-storey layout. It is available for annual contracts, six-month stays and selected peak-season rentals.
Spacious Two-Storey Living at Bluepoint Patong
Unlike a conventional single-level apartment, this duplex provides two floors of accommodation within a total area of 185 sqm. Its three bedrooms and three bathrooms make it a practical choice for couples who need additional space, families or residents expecting occasional guests.
The fully furnished interiors have been arranged for everyday comfort rather than a short hotel-style stay. Premium Kapsule furniture adds a contemporary finish, while air conditioning in every room helps maintain a comfortable environment throughout the year.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and the equipment needed for regular home cooking. This is especially useful for tenants planning a six- or twelve-month rental, when a functional kitchen becomes an important part of daily life.
The principal attraction remains the outlook. Sea views towards both Patong Beach and Tri Trang Beach give this property a strong coastal identity and help distinguish it from standard apartments in central Patong.

Bluepoint Condominium Facilities
Bluepoint is a hillside condominium development situated on the southern side of Patong. Its setting offers a residential alternative to staying directly in the resort centre, while keeping the area’s services and beaches within reach by road.
Residents have access to communal facilities that include a swimming pool, fitness area, landscaped grounds, parking and security. These shared amenities provide many of the conveniences associated with a managed condominium development, without the upkeep required by a private pool villa.
Weekly housekeeping is included in the rental price. For long-term tenants, this regular service is a useful practical benefit and should be considered when comparing the total cost of different rental properties.
Between Patong Beach and Tri Trang Beach
The location makes it possible to enjoy two contrasting sides of Phuket’s west coast. Patong Beach is known for its restaurants, shopping centres, cafés and nightlife. Tri Trang Beach offers a quieter coastal atmosphere nearby.
Residents can also travel to other beaches around the southern Patong headland, including Merlin Beach and Paradise Beach. Shopping, dining and everyday services in Patong are accessible by car.
Because Bluepoint occupies a hillside position, tenants should consider transport and road access when planning their stay. Those who prefer the quieter setting of a sea-view residence may find this a worthwhile trade-off compared with a central apartment.

Flexible Monthly and Long-Term Rental Rates
This property has separate rental rates according to the agreed contract period:
- 12-month lease: THB 200,000 per month
- 6-month lease: THB 210,000 per month
- 1–3-month rentals during November–January: THB 320,000 per month
The required move-in payment is a security deposit equivalent to two months’ rent plus one month’s rent in advance. Electricity and water are charged at government rates. Weekly housekeeping is included, and pets are not allowed.
Availability, the applicable seasonal rate and the final lease terms must be confirmed before any reservation payment.
Before move-in, tenants should record the condition of furniture, appliances and access cards in a written inventory. The lease should also specify responsibility for repairs and the procedure for returning the security deposit.
Comparing Luxury Condos for Rent in Phuket
A large duplex such as this one should be compared on more than its advertised monthly rent. Usable space, the layout, furniture quality, building facilities, housekeeping arrangements and the actual sea view all affect the experience of living in a property.
Tenants considering other locations can browse JFTB’s selection of condos for rent in Phuket, which includes different sizes, budgets and rental periods.
If a condominium is not the right fit, our wider collection of property for rent in Phuket also features houses and private villas around the island. Comparing these options can help clarify whether shared facilities, a hillside sea view or additional private outdoor space matters most.
