Its single-storey layout allows all four bedroom suites and the principal living areas to connect naturally with the swimming pool, gardens and surrounding terraces.
The architecture emphasises space, natural light and open views of the landscaped grounds.
High perimeter walls, controlled access and mature tropical vegetation contribute to the property’s private atmosphere.

The villa’s architectural concept encourages year-round tropical living, with shaded outdoor areas and generous spaces for entertaining.
Four Spacious Bedroom Suites with Direct Pool Access
The villa features four private bedroom suites, each designed to provide comfortable personal accommodation and direct access to the swimming pool.
Bedroom sizes range from approximately 33 to 45 sqm, offering significantly more space than many conventional villa bedrooms.
The suites are furnished and equipped with features including:

The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, spacious walk-in dressing area, rain shower and a 65-inch Smart TV.

70 sqm Open-Plan Living Area and European Kitchen
At the heart of the villa is a bright, approximately 70 sqm open-plan living space designed for comfortable daily living and entertaining.
The interior connects with the surrounding outdoor terraces, creating a natural transition between the main living area, pool and landscaped gardens.
A distinctive feature is the large European-style kitchen, centred around an approximately 3.5-metre granite island.
The generous kitchen workspace provides an attractive setting for preparing meals, casual dining and entertaining guests.
A separate laundry area adds practical convenience for permanent residential use.
The combination of spacious interiors, natural light and substantial covered outdoor areas makes the villa suitable for both relaxed everyday living and social gatherings.
Impressive 17 × 6 Metre Infinity Swimming Pool
One of the property’s most distinctive features is its large private infinity swimming pool.
Measuring approximately 17 metres long and 6 metres wide, the pool provides around 102 sqm of water surface and is designed for both swimming and relaxation.
Its salt-based filtration system and colour-changing LED lighting contribute to the overall poolside experience.
The surrounding outdoor areas offer multiple opportunities to enjoy Phuket’s tropical climate.
Spacious terraces accommodate sun loungers, shaded seating and outdoor dining areas.
The landscaped gardens feature mature tropical vegetation, including bougainvillea, frangipani and other ornamental plants.
Evening garden lighting creates an attractive atmosphere around the swimming pool and outdoor relaxation spaces.
The combination of a large pool, extensive garden and generous terraces makes this property particularly appealing to buyers prioritising outdoor living and privacy.
2,000 sqm of Private Tropical Gardens
The substantial private land plot is a defining feature of this luxury villa.
At approximately 2,000 sqm, or 1.25 rai, the property provides room for landscaped gardens, open terraces, shaded relaxation areas and secure private parking.
Unlike compact residential plots, this larger setting offers additional space around the residence and swimming pool.
The grounds combine flowering plants, tropical greenery and carefully arranged outdoor spaces.
High surrounding walls and controlled gated access contribute to privacy.
The property also benefits from elevated views towards the green hills of southern Phuket, reinforcing its peaceful residential character.
Rawai Location – Close to Nai Harn Beach
Although located near the boundary between Rawai and Nai Harn, the villa is positioned within the Rawai property market in southern Phuket.
This residential area is particularly popular with international homeowners, long-term residents and families looking for greater privacy while remaining close to everyday amenities.
Nai Harn Beach, one of Phuket’s best-known swimming beaches, is within a short drive.
Rawai’s seafront offers seafood restaurants, cafés and access to local boat services, while the wider neighbourhood provides supermarkets, fitness facilities, shops and international dining options.

A Distinctive Luxury Villa Opportunity at THB 29 Million
At an asking price of THB 29 million, this property combines several features that deserve particular consideration.
Its approximately 810 sqm built-up area, 2,000 sqm land plot, four pool-access suites and 102 sqm swimming pool create a substantial residential offering.
For buyers comparing luxury villas in southern Phuket, these proportions may provide an alternative to newer properties built on significantly smaller land plots.
The established landscaping and completed residential environment also allow purchasers to evaluate the property’s actual condition rather than relying on off-plan architectural projections.
Potential buyers should consider the quality of the construction, current maintenance condition, location, ownership structure and any improvements required.

Ownership Structure and Property Due Diligence
The property was previously marketed as a Chanote-titled villa held through a Thai company.
The current title ownership, company status and legally available transaction structure must be independently confirmed.
For international buyers, it is important to understand that ownership of shares in a Thai company is legally different from direct ownership of Thai land.
Any proposed acquisition structure should be reviewed by a qualified independent Thai lawyer, including compliance with foreign ownership and nominee restrictions.
A proper purchase investigation should also cover the land title, registered encumbrances, access rights, building permissions, property boundaries and the current technical condition of the residence.
